• Agenda item 2 (p. 263) – MAP and STAAR data. Speak up if you want to expose how Miles misuses and manipulates data.
• Agenda item 7 (p. 332) – Review & Approval of the Board’s Quarterly Self-Evaluation. With no elected school board that taxpayers can hold accountable, this looks a lot like the board of managers giving themselves a gold star
• Agenda item 17 (p. 368) – Revisions & Ratification of the 2025–2026 Student Code of Conduct. Includes new cell phone rules, state guidance, and making it a Level IV offense (automatic removal to alternative school) to prop open an exterior door. Code runs from p. 371–474.
• Agenda item 18 (p. 475) – Vendor contracts over $1,000,000. Miles no longer needs board approval for contracts under $1M — and can write unlimited sub-million-dollar checks all day long to whomever he wishes.
• Agenda item 21 (p. 517)  – Office of Organizational Effectiveness’s item on deaf ed shared services. Speak to this item if you have concerns about the bus debacle or Special Education. Chief of Organizational Effectiveness, Kari Feinberg is in charge of this department.
