- Agenda item 1 and 2: investment report and budget deficit: Speak about out-of-control spending by Miles for Central Office instead of student services and on classrooms.
- Agenda Item 3: $3 Million more for additional “Communications Support and Services” to fund Mike Miles’ vanity news station and an increase in media relations staff. Miles should prioritize getting dollars closest to the students.
- Agenda item 4: Speak about beloved teachers being fired or forced to resign. This agenda item expands the number of people/roles authorized to terminate employees. Such misplaced priorities.
- Agenda item 8: HISD is adding another sunrise center even though few families utilize many of them while the much better utilized campus based wraparound service program was cut from at least one on every campus to just a few dozen.

- Closed Session: Real Estate a) regarding sale of HISD properties: Speak about how wrong the changes to board policy last September now allow proceeds from land sales now allows Miles to divert proceeds from capital renovations (like air conditioning and heating updates) to cover his bloated bureaucracy and financial mismanagement.
