How do good educators and school leaders go to bed at night without shame? Here is the rule they live by.

If it helps the child and also improves the school's rating, do it. But if it boosts the rating while hurting the child, don't do it. That's the rule to live by. Children must always come before data. Every time

By that standard, Mike Miles and his highly paid cabinet must not get much sleep. 

Now is the time to stand up for our kids and teachers.

Join us at our Saturday endorsement meeting at 2pm. We’ll hear from several candidates for the State Board of Education and TX State Rep, Lieutenant Governor candidate Vikki Goodwin, and a special virtual message from Gina Hinojosa. We will then vote on endorsements.

Jane Friou will help us understand the unlawful and downright mean-spirited attempt to move 5,000 students with disabilities to schools far away from their homes. Jane will explain what is happening, where things stand, and how you can help.

Do not trust Miles and his new Future 2 Schools. Yesterday, HPM  He is pushing AI learning in the morning and then magical swim classes and “experiences” in the afternoon and breakfast, lunch and dinner.
