School Board races around the state at a glance are mostly good for public education. Some highlights from Frank Strong who writes the “The Book-Loving Texan’s Guide to the May 2024 (and other) School Board Elections.

  • “A sour note in tonight’s sweet results so far is Fort Bend ISD. Someday we’ll learn the world’s most obvious lesson: when good candidates split their votes, bad candidates waltz into office.”
